Location, comfort, courtesy and helpfulness of the owner (we were able to leave our luggage and return to the apartment until 4pm to make the most of the last day).

Beds a little uncomfortable (pillows quite hard). With a few small precautions, the environment could be made more welcoming.

The apartment was very well located, very close to Bayswater and its tube station, so we could move around the city comfortably. In addition, it is about 20 minutes walk from Notting Hill and its market on Portobello road and close to some museums such as the natural history museum. Quite spacious and well equipped.

The accommodation is very close to public transport, bars and supermarket. The house was clean and the contact with the property was very good and fast. We were four adults and two children comfortably. It has a full bathroom and a toilet which was very useful for so many people. It doesn't have the typical London carpet on the floor and that was very positive because the floor looked clean.

Everything correct. There was some street noise but it wasn't a problem for us.
